Cretors Parts and Repair Department strives to provide the best on-the-job service support to users and Service and Repair Technicians. Our technical department is available to provide expert consultation and trouble-shooting by phone, fax, email etc. Further support is offered in the field if necessary.
Cretors Parts and Repair Department provides the following :
- Telephone Support
- Machine and Kettle Refurbishment Program
- On-line manuals and diagrams for MAP participants
- Service School classes
Service School Goal:
To provide a course where attendees will become more proficient and knowledgeable on repair and maintenance of Cretors equipment.
Service School Course Description:
- Brief explanation of circuits and wiring diagrams
- Review of components that make up Cretors equipment
- Discuss design changes
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Perform upgrades and conversions popping demonstration, review of Cretors Toppers, Ringmasters, Warmers and Red Top equipment
- Review and recap with questions and answer sessions at the end of each day
- Recommended future upgrades
