Cretors Parts and Repair Department strives to provide the best on-the-job service support to users and Service and Repair Technicians. Our technical department is available to provide expert consultation and trouble-shooting by phone, fax, email etc. Further support is offered in the field if necessary.
 
Cretors Parts and Repair Department provides the following:
·        Telephone Technical Support
·        Machine and Kettle Refurbishment Program
·        Service School classes
 
Service School Goal:
To provide a course where attendees will become more proficient and knowledgeable on repair and maintenance of Cretors equipment.
 
Service School Course Description:
·        Brief explanation of circuits and wiring diagrams
·        Review of components that make up Cretors equipment
·        Discuss design changes
·        Basic equipment maintenance
·        Perform upgrades and conversions popping demonstration, review of Cretors Toppers, Ringmasters, Warmers and Red Top equipment
·        Ongoing access to on-line manuals and diagrams (with signed extranet agreement)
·        Review and recap with questions and answer sessions at the end of each day
