Say goodbye to dried-out snacks and pizza! The Humidified Food Warmer is constructed from heavy-duty #304 stainless steel and ensures consistent product warming and humidification. Programmable digital controls allow you to set exact time and temperature between 135°F (57°C) and 185°F (85°C) while maintaining desired temperature and humidity levels.

The removable rotating heavy gauge wire shelving rack has automatic shut-off when the door is opened and holds up to four 14-inch pizzas at a time. Our recirculating-air system keeps product fresh for up to three hours, and allows for fast recovery time once the cabinet door is closed. Removable, slide-out water tray with splash guard (located in cabinet base) provides 6-8 hours of humidification with one gallon of water. A warning light alerts the operator of low-water levels so water can be replenished as needed. Interior LED lights provide bright product illumination.
